When you make an online booking with us we collect certain information, which is required to allow us to process your appointment. This includes you full name, email address, contact telephone number and any booking notes you feel is relavant to your booking.

We retain historical data to comply with Uk laws and in order to make contact if we have a problem with your appointment.
You can choose to subscribe to our website and to receive information on up coming services and offers. By asking to receive this information you consent to receive marketing communications from us using email. This contact method can be stopped at any time by 'unsubscribing', found at the bottom of the email.
Upon arrival to your treatment we do ask you to fill out our consultation form. We do also have a privacy statement which you will be asked to sign as a form of consent in salon.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a booking or to subscribe to our updates, we imply that you consent to our collecting and using it for contact with you regarding your booking and nothing else.
We do automatically send out text reminders to you about your future appointments. If you do not wish to receive these then you must not put your mobile number. By putting your mobile number you are consenting for us to send text reminders.
