By making a booking with us you agree to adhere to the following policy.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• Notice period: a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may result in a charge of 50% of the treatment price.

• No-show policy: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment price.

• Exceptions: Extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but timely communication is essential. ​

• Your treatment time starts when you enter the treatment room.

• Regretfully late arrival to your treatment will constitute a reduced treatment time or even cancellation of your treatment.

• Personal hygiene is extremely important for the protection of all our clients and therapists. We kindly ask for you to arrive to your treatment clean and freshly showered especially after exercise. 

• For your comfort we suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment time. 

• No alcohol to be consumed prior to your treatment.

• We recommend that no heat treatments such as sun beds should be used within 48 hours after treatments.

• Please consult your therapist when making your appointment of any health issues including if you are pregnant or have any allergies. We have the right to ask for a medical note if we feel appropriate to conduct a treatment.

• Treatments and opening times are subject to availability, book in advance to avoid disappointment.

• Disabled access is available. Please ask for more detail. 

• The Haven Beauty Room has a privacy policy. If you wish to see this please do not hesitate to ask your therapist. 

• The Haven Beauty Room holds the right to refuse to treat any client for our therapists personal safety.
